But the upholding of Apple’s patent claims is just sad. They’re clearly taking advantage of a broken system to gain industry dominance.

The verdict could hold some small benefits for consumers, by forcing mobile software and hardware makers to take innovative approaches.

Mixed feelings about Apple’s decisive win… I think Samsung deserved to lose on some points for shamelessly aping Apple design circa 2010.
